Service Description

Study Evolve is an AI-powered platform that helps students process documents, generate summaries, create quizzes, and optimize their learning experience.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
  • Not upload malicious or inappropriate content

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Study Evolve and its licensors.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant us a license to process and analyze it to provide our services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

StudyEvolve offers “unlimited” access plans designed to provide you with an unrestricted learning experience. However, to ensure fair usage and maintain optimal service quality for all users, we enforce the following Fair Usage Policy:

Fair Use

Users must use the service responsibly and reasonably. Excessive, abnormal, or automated usage (e.g., bots, scripts) that negatively impacts service stability or performance may result in restrictions or suspension of your account.

Technical Limits

Although the plan is marketed as “unlimited,” StudyEvolve reserves the right to implement technical limits on system resource usage to prevent abuse and ensure consistent service quality.

Handling Abuse

Any detected abuse or activity detrimental to the service or other users may lead to access restrictions, account suspension, or termination without prior notice.

Policy Changes

StudyEvolve may modify this Fair Usage Policy at any time to improve service quality and user experience.

By using StudyEvolve’s services, you agree to and accept the terms of this Fair Usage Policy.


Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be available at all times
  • The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Defects will be corrected immediately
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Study Evolve, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller paddle.com. paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with StudyEvolve. If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

To request a refund, contact us at support@studyevolve.com with your order information. All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only available for your first-time purchase.
  • Renewals, upgrades, or additional purchase after the initial period are not eligible.
  • If your account has used a significant portion of available credits or features, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
  • We may also deny refund requests in cases of excessive usage, policy abuse, or fraudulent behavior.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
